Simian Mobile Disco are a UK based production and remix team. The band was formed in 2005 by James Ford and Jas Shaw of the band Simian. In addition to his work with Simian Mobile Disco, James Ford is a producer and has worked with bands such as Florence & the Machine, Arctic Monkeys, Peaches and Klaxons.
Delicacies is the third studio album by British electronic band Simian Mobile Disco. It was released on the iTunes Store on November 23, 2010, and released in physical form on November 29, 2010. It is a collection of tracks inspired and named for various unusual foods the band have sampled while touring the world, hence the name. It has a stronger techno influence than their first two albums. Not to forget the recent EP, that they made with the vocalist Beth Ditto of  Gossip.

Simian Mobile Disco, will be showing the goods,this thursday 20 of January in one of the best houses of Portugal, and i will dare to say from Europe, a show that you should not miss.

"Boardwalk Empire," HBO's crime drama which chronicles the life of Atlantic City gangster Nucky Thompson, played by Steve Buscemi, won the Golden Globe Award for "Best Television Series - Drama", star Steve Buscemi takes home the trophy for Best Actor in a Drama too.
The first episode was directed by Martin Scorsese and was the most expensive pilot episode produced in television history. On September 1, 2010, HBO picked up the series for an additional 11 episodes.
The series debuted on September 19, 2010.
With is creator, Terence Winter, wich is the father of the serie "The Sopranos". A big time hit for many years in the television, wining many globes as well.

"EYES WIDE SHUT" // CASTLEEVENTS

Inspired by Kubrick's famous ceremony scene of passion in the movie "Eyes Wide Shut", the Swiss Andrej Lorenc organizes Castles Events in the same vein. He rents castles and invites selected members of his club to spend a night of fantasies: garters, black underwear, wasp-waisted corsets, capes and Venetian masks are compulsory. Drink Champagne, feast your eyes on skin, dance to the sounds of well-known dj's, and give in to your erotic--or perhaps sexual--desires. Sexiness is also a prerequisite. Teased? Basically the parties are scheduled four times per year, mostly in Switzerland. The special of this year takes place during a weekend in an original glamorous Mediaeval Castle in the middle of France in September. For international guests there is an airport 20 kilometers away from the Castle. The exact place will only be communicated to exclusive members. The price varies according to the events. Price fee on this special event varies between $700 - $1000‚Ç for a couple or single men. Single woman pay $200. For 'High End' Guests, Castle Events provide an extraordinary comfortable Service Package, which includes your own Suite in the Castle - varies $2000 - $5000. Be aware there are only 20 rooms available.

MILAN EXPO 2015

The conceptual master plan for the Milan World Exposition 2015 resulted from the teamwork of five architects: Jacques Herzog, Mark Rylander, Ricky Burdett, Stefano Boeri, and William McDonough.  Working with the theme “feeding the planet, energy for life”, the exposition will be a planetary botanical garden that will “feed Milan literally, spiritually and intellectually.”  The architects created the framework for the exposition and organized an orthogonal bridge that contains an agrofood park and is surrounded by water ways.

The idea for this planetary botanical garden is based on the Ancient Roman urban plans that included twin axes (the cardo and the decumanus) with a central forum.  The two axis create a grid of spaces where some will be developed by the exposition, and other spaces will be give to individual countries to design.
